Cara Verwholt Consulting LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (hereinafter known as “Company”, “us” or “we”), currently owns and operates the website known as Cara Verwholt Consulting, https://www.caraverwholtconsulting.com/  (the “Site”). To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used and what rights you have in relation to it. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our Site. If you do not agree with any terms in this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of the Site and services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and committed to developing technology that gives you the most powerful and secure online experience. Personal information is accessible only to staff, agents, or contractors of Company.  

This privacy statement applies to all Company-owned websites, domains, and applications. This privacy statement covers personally identifiable information, anonymous data collection and aggregate reporting. Personally identifiable information is any information that is associated with your name or personal identity. However, personally identifiable information does not include any information you upload or publish to the Site and make publicly available to other users.

For example, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing efforts. We never sell or rent your personal information.

We use Calendly to schedule appointments. Your personal information and data may be accessible and shared with Calendly to properly schedule appointments. We may share and disclose your personal information and data with Stripe for payment processing and billing purposes. We recommend that you review the Privacy Policy for Stripe and contact Stripe if you have any questions regarding use of your personal information and data.

When you contact us and provide your personal information, we will not share your information with third parties without your permission, other than for the limited exceptions already listed herein. It will only be used for the purposes stated above. We use personal information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, schedule transactions, complete orders, provide operational notices, keep records up to date to notify you via periodic e-mails of technical service issues, or other related service information. If we have processed your data based on your consent and you wish to revoke your consent, please contact us.

4)    MAINTAINING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law. However, we will not keep your personal information for longer than one (1) year after the termination of services. If we do not have a legitimate business reason to process your personal information, then we will delete it or anonymize it or securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will also delete your personal information if you unsubscribe from the Site.

We strictly protect the security of your personal information. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

The Site collects personal information to power our Site analytics, including:
