The Strategic Marketing Blueprint

The Strategic Marketing Blueprint is designed for founders and business leaders who have a goal to accomplish within a set timeline (e.g. holiday campaign launch, Q2 product launch) and need a strategic partner to develop the strategy. We conduct a deep-dive into your target customer, brand positioning, products/services, and current marketing tactics in order to build an actionable plan from the ground up. We also advise internal stakeholders and external agency partners on plan execution.

    • Week 1

      • 60-minute kick-off/workshop session

    • Weeks 2-4

      • Up to six 60-minute discovery sessions with key internal stakeholders and customers

      • Comprehensive audit of your marketing program elements (e.g. budget, KPIs, audience targeting, messaging, channel strategy) and historical performance

    • Weeks 5-7

      • 60-minute action plan presentation

      • Action plan deck covering: target customer, marketing objectives & KPI targets, recommended marketing budget, channel plan (owned & paid), creative strategy, internal planning timeline, customer-facing timeline, and MarTech/resourcing recommendations

    • Weeks 8-12

      • Two 90-minute workshops with internal and agency stakeholders to provide hands-on implementation guidance. This varies based on your needs, but could include media plan development, RFP brief creation, and marketing calendar development.
